Its work includes the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts, Conventions on International Financial Leasing and International Factoring, the Model Franchise Disclosure Law and the Model Law on Leasing, the Guide to International Master Franchise Arrangements. Currently work on the preparation of principles for other specific contracts is underway (e.g. reinsurance contracts).
